Although creative teams understand the importance of commercial success, they can feel that financial pressure limits their creativity. Conversely, those responsible for commercial performance often feel held back by the distance between their priorities and the creative process.
Based on my experience - both on the front line and in the Boardroom - how an organisation works as a whole is often the overlooked secret weapon to delivering the best products and services possible with a thriving culture, capable of delivering sustainable commercial success.
How I work
Whether you have a specific target in your sights or aren’t quite sure where your challenges are stemming from, our first step is a face-to-face meeting to understand your goals and concerns.
Depending on the complexity or visibility of the challenge, we may undergo a brief phase of information gathering to diagnose and prioritise our approach. Alternatively we can engage in something short-term to target a few quick wins and help you get back on track.
Working with a number of tried and tested tools, frameworks and techniques, I work on and off-site conducting and delivering team interviews, workshops, coaching, presentations and where useful, supporting documentation.
